Shipping Policy

Our processing times can vary depending on the time of year. We will try to keep you updated on the website and facebook page on current turn around times. This can also vary on your order placed. Processing times are anywhere from 2-10 business days. Business days being Monday-Friday, no weekend or holidays. We ask for an extra 3-4 business days during big sales or holidays. We have a no refund or cancellation policy. If you are concerned about receiving an order by a certain date, please email us at bjohnson@elitaydesigns.com. We can then verify TAT for your order.

We are closed on most holidays.

This is a side business to my fulltime job, so please be understanding and allow up to a 24-48 hour response to emails.

First-Class Mail, USPS, is an affordable and easy way to send packages. This is our first option in shipping. We do ship using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Priority Mail, you will get an estimated service of 1-3 days based on where you are shipping your package to. 

If you are wanting a rushed next day order, please select that in shipping when checking out. First class can take up to 5 days and priority up to 3 days. Selecting faster shippin option is not rushing the order.
